Health Policy/Research Associate Position Opening – Apply Now!

The National Alliance to Advance Adolescent Health is seeking a Health Policy/Research Associate to participate in national initiatives affecting health care transition for adolescents and young adults. This involves program development and research activities for The National Alliance’s Center for Health Care Transition Improvement (Got Transition). Responsibilities include working with the co-directors of Got Transition to 1) implement pediatric-to-adult transition quality improvement initiatives, 2) analyze impacts of transition interventions, 3) support state public health leadership in transition, 4) guide a new national young adult transition advisory group, and 5) expand payment options for transition.

Qualifications:
  • Pediatric, family medicine, internal medicine residents, med/peds or adolescent medicine fellows or medical students taking a gap year or graduates with a bachelor’s degree majoring in pre-med or coursework in health care and health policy
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong research and analytic skills
