Health Research/Policy Analyst Position Opening – Apply Now!

The National Alliance to Advance Adolescent Health is seeking a Health Policy/Research Analyst to participate in national and DC initiatives pertaining to health care transition for adolescents and young adults. This work involves program planning, research, and writing for The National Alliance's Center for Health Care Transition Improvement (Got Transition).

Responsibilities include reviewing current transition research; assisting in the preparation of proposals, reports, and journal articles; participating in a variety of transition quality improvement and educational efforts; analyzing state public health directions in transition; strategic planning with a national young adult transition advisory group; and generating new ideas to further the organization’s mission to advance adolescent health.

Qualifications:

Masters in public policy or related field. Medical residents, fellows, or medical students also considered.
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong analytic, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
